Must be 19 years of age or older with a valid Momentum card and government-issued photo identification in order to redeem this offer. Membership is free. Patron can sign up for a Momentum card at the time of redemption. Patron must show a loyalty card from a casino that is closed in Ontario. Offer will be loaded based on the level of the loyalty card. Government-issued photo identification must be presented matching the name on the loyalty card. Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Access and Play Requirements

The following information outlines our policies on requirements for accessing the casino.

Admission to the casino is restricted to individuals 19 years of age or older and is subject to ID checks. We ID check individuals who appear to be under the age of 30. If 21 years of age or younger, two pieces of identification are required. Only valid, government-issued photo ID is accepted. ID presented may be scanned to verify age and authenticity. ID information may be stored for up to 7 days for legal/regulatory reasons.

Prohibited from Access

The following individuals are prohibited from entering the casino and any other gaming area on the property:

  • Individuals under 19 years of age;
  • Individuals who appear to be intoxicated;
  • Individuals enrolled/participating in the self-exclusion program;
  • Individuals restricted from accessing the casino as a condition of a court order; and
  • Individuals who have been excluded from the site under subsection 3.6 (1) of the Gaming Control Act.

Any of the above-noted individuals identified on the gaming floor will be removed from the gaming premises and will be subject to Niagara Casinos’ Trespass Policy and any related charges/sanctions applicable by law.

Prohibited from Play

The following individuals are prohibited from playing casino games:

  • Individuals under 19 years of age;
  • Individuals who appear to be intoxicated;
  • Individuals enrolled/ participating in the self-exclusion program;
  • Individuals restricted from accessing the casino as a condition of a court order;
  • Individuals who have been excluded from the site under direction of the Regulator - subsection 3.6 (1) of the Gaming Control Act;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors or partners of Niagara Casinos;
  • Registered gaming assistants of Niagara Casinos;
  • Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees employed at the site;
  • Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the site;
  • Members or employees of the AGCO;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors or employees of OLG, unless exempt by Regulation.

Any of the above-noted individuals identified and found participating in gaming will be removed from the gaming premises and will be subject to Niagara Casinos’ Trespass Policy and any related charges/sanctions applicable by law.

Prize Disentitlement

Individuals prohibited from play are subject to prize disentitlement policies and procedures and are not permitted to win prizes.

Alcohol Sales & Service

Pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act and regulations, Niagara Casinos is prohibited from:

  • Allowing persons who arrive intoxicated to enter the premises;
  • Sales and service of alcohol to persons under 19 years of age;
  • Sales and service of alcohol to persons who appear to be intoxicated;
  • Allowing alcohol sold or served on the premises to be removed from the premises; and
  • Allowing alcohol purchased or served in another establishment to be brought onto the casino premises.

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking or holding lighted tobacco and the use of E-cigarettes/vaping devices is permitted in authorized areas only. Smoking or holding lighted cannabis is not permitted on casino property.

On-Site Policies

Electronic Devices

Cell phones, mobile computers, calculators and other electronic or mechanical devices are not permitted at Table Games or Slot Machines.

Photography/Videography

Photography and videography are not permitted in the casino.

Surveillance Monitoring

This property is monitored by video surveillance, facial recognition and license plate recognition technology, and may be used for law enforcement purposes.

Masks or facial coverings

Masks or facial coverings which obstruct or conceal identity are not permitted to be worn in the casino, unless approved by Niagara Casinos in advance of entry, pursuant to the Accommodation Policy.

Bag Inspections

All bags and packages are subject to security search and inspection.

Dress code

Dress code is in effect.

Animals

Animals are not permitted to enter the casino with the exception of certified service animals.

Notice of Collection of Information

As part of its conduct and management of lottery schemes and operation of gaming sites in Ontario, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) and/or its third party service provider, MGE Niagara Entertainment Inc. (MGE), collects your gaming-related personal information at Casino Niagara and Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort under the authority of section 3 of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999, in accordance with the Ontario Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

This information is collected and used by OLG and/or its service provider for the principal purposes of:

  • developing, providing for, undertaking, organizing, conducting and managing lottery schemes and gaming in Ontario;
  • assisting in the proper management of games of chance and maintaining the integrity thereof, including the use of video surveillance and monitoring casino transactions;
  • administering and managing loyalty programs, tournaments, contests, offers and promotions, including player registration, player identity and eligibility verification, payment processing, investigating and validating prize claims, fraud detection, publishing winners' information (name, city of residence, game(s) played and prize amount), and facilitating sign-up for additional/new services or offers;
  • administering Responsible Gambling programs, including player data analytics and providing you with feedback based on your play patterns and behaviours;
  • improving service delivery and customer experience;
  • researching and improving the effectiveness and business viability of current and prospective products, programs, campaigns and services;
  • providing you with information you have opted into receive, including but not limited to marketing materials, contests, offers, coupons, and surveys;
  • research initiatives conducted by OLG and/or its service provider to better understand the interests of current and prospective customers;
  • disclosing your contact information by consent, including to research organizations for participation in research studies;
  • internal business purposes of OLG and/or its service provider;
  • complying with legal and regulatory requirements, including sharing personal information and transaction details with regulators and law enforcement where required; and disclosing your contact information and the date and time of your attendance at Casino Niagara and/or Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, to Ontario Public Health Authorities, if they require it for contact tracing purposes.
